Education Manager Key Role

Serve as a catalyst for planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of curriculum instruction and services to students and faculty.

Customer Acquisition to develop marketing strategies promoting services.

Educational Consultant Recruitment ensures hire of qualified professionals with expertise in specific areas.

Data Management to securely store client information and data.

Create a diverse and inclusive environment for achieving tasks.

Foster a culture of respect, trust and accountability that fuel innovation and academic excellence.

Participate in shaping the future direction of the Development function, strengthening strategy, structure, and long-term impact.

Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to track results and ensure fiscal discipline.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professionalism, discretion, and diplomacy in all interactions.

Use excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills in partnership with district managers, schools teams to ensure seamless collaboration between program delivery and content alignment.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with all colleagues.

Deliver highly effective live lessons via web conference based on student need, rooted in research-based instructional practices.

Complete course set up for each course within the Learning Management System.

Monitor student progress in asynchronous courses and provide feedback/grade assignments daily.

Track and maintain contact with each student.

Collaborate with team to create and deliver Progress Reports of Students.

Review student level data frequently to inform instructional program adjustments.

Personalized instruction to meet the needs of all students.

Maintenant collegial relationships and visionary lead with accurately collecting and reporting program data and statistics for evaluation.

Align strategy and pursue a shared vision of impact, aligning programmatic efforts with the organization’s mission and vision.

Qualifications

Strong executive presence with excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

Excellent Board Management experience.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
