Business Development Manager 

Be part of the 21st-century educational consulting team that seeks to partner with school districts, HR, and Leadership. This is a growth opportunity to lead, plan, and implement growth strategies, develop professionally through training, mentorship, and potential advancement pathways. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, perfect for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. 

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Development-

Cultivate and manage long-term relationships with school districts, schools, state agencies, and community organizations. 

Collaborate with partners on the organization's solutions and services, and build strong support for our mission through engagement.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.

Strategic Growth & Planning- 

Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.

Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based structure.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Navigate confidential and sensitive situations with exceptional discretion, respect, diplomacy, and professional judgment

Business Development Execution-

Model excellence in organizational leadership, relationship management, communication with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to engaging diverse stakeholders and advancing our mission.

Offer data-driven insights that inform strategic adjustments and ensure alignment with fiscal and mission-based goals.

Lead negotiations to secure long-term partnerships and contracts.

Ability to develop and execute strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.

Identify and connect with potential clients who need recruiting services.

Recommend and implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS 

At least 5 years of executive assistant experience or related field.

Bachelor’s degree and a commitment to a lifetime of learning

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with advanced editing and proofreading skills

Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and reliable follow-through. 

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately and discreetly

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree in business administration or education.

Familiarity K-12 education, education policy, higher education, and public funding structures.
