ARTICLE 2: ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(c) Support curriculum development initiatives, professional development programs, and research projects.
2.2 Institution will:
(a) Lend expertise in educational leadership, teaching, and learning.
(b) Engage in collaborative efforts on curriculum development, professional development programs, and research projects.
(c) Facilitate access to resources, facilities, and participants for partnership-based initiatives.
ARTICLE 3: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
3.1 Ownership: Each party retains ownership of their respective intellectual property rights.
3.2 Joint IP: Co-created intellectual property will be jointly owned, with each party having a non-exclusive license to utilize.
ARTICLE 4: FINANCIAL TERMS
