This is a concise statement of my role and involvement with Educare for Exceptional Children and inform all prospects to stay connected for quality result-driven services.
I am a multifaceted, mission-driven Founding Principal of Educare for Exceptional Children who has founded and led our hybrid-operated organization, demonstrating a strong commitment to our mission and a dedication to supporting the success of our students and families.
As a visionary entrepreneur leader with the ability to set a bold direction and inspire others to follow. I have held the position of data-driven education manager, serving as a key representative and decision maker across various functions including academics, culture, talent, and operations. In my leadership role, I have collaborated with network leadership on school design decisions, established foundational systems and structures to launch the program, actively recruited and engaged students and staff to join founding cohorts, and coached and developed a team of high-achieving leaders and educators to achieve excellence in instruction and student culture.
In serving our diverse community, principals are tasked with driving equitable academic results, fostering practices that promote social-emotional well-being, and leading a family engagement strategy that utilizes inclusive practices to empower all families to support and advocate for their children's needs. Moreover, I have played a vital part in planning, designing, and establishing a vibrant team of high-achievers.
