Strategic Partnership Specialist

Educare for Exceptional Children, a pioneering organization harnessing 21st-century approaches to engage learners worldwide, seeks a Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our Professional Learning team and provide support.

As a Strategic Partnership Specialist, you will provide high-caliber professional learning sessions, concentrating on empowering school administrators, building principals, and educators to accomplish their mission, vision, and goals effectively. Furthermore, you will work closely with district leaders to devise creative strategies for harnessing Educare for Exceptional Children to support key initiatives and realize their instructional aspirations.

We are seeking an educational leader who is enthusiastic, highly organized, and strategic, and who excels in collaborative, fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will be a sophisticated communicator and exceptional presenter with a strong commitment to professional development best practices that drive teacher impact and company success.


Core Responsibilities 


Collaborate with educational institutions and district officials to establish and implement a professional development plan that supports a successful Educare for Exceptional Children initiative.

Present high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions to enhance engagement.

Use web-based technologies to support and improve instruction. 

Utilize data to inform decision-making and strategize subsequent steps.

Oversee appropriate educational curricula for students with disabilities. 

Development of an educational curriculum aligned with NYSED standards for preschool and school-age students with disabilities. 

Conduct coaching and training to educational staff; participates in identifying, evaluating, and placing students with disabilities in suitable educational settings.

Offer educational staff orientation, mentoring, and training to aid in the development and implementation of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), classroom design, program implementation, and behavior management.

Identify curricula that are tailored to the requirements of students with disabilities aged 5-22.


Job Qualifications 

BA/BS degree / Master's Degree preferred.

7+ years of educational professional development experience must either have experience as a school or district administrator or have had extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences. 

Ambitious self-starter with a talent for swift knowledge acquisition, focused on harnessing technology to improve educational outcomes. 

Experience teaching in a K-12 setting with excellent presentation skills. 

Strategic thinker and skilled problem-solver.

Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, being a dynamic, enthusiastic and upbeat individual who connects well with others and has a positive, collaborative attitude.     

Detailed, systematic, and organized; capacity to prioritize and effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks, from inception to completion.

Ability to excel in self-directed and team-oriented settings.

Deliver an educational orientation to new hires to review the education policy and procedures.

Undertake observations and tours of referred students, complete detailed summaries, and support the school district in securing suitable placements.

Engage in the recruitment, identification, and hiring of educational professionals.

Proven expertise in developing and designing impactful learning modules on Learning Management Systems.

Multi-Format Content Vision: Ability to design, develop, and manage diverse content formats such as live events, video content, and more.

Program Management: Advanced ability to manage large-scale initiatives efficiently, meeting deadlines and objectives.

Deal Negotiation: Proven track record of negotiating instructor contracts and partnership terms with minimal risk exposure.

Strategic Collaboration: Demonstrated skill in building partnerships with instructors, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.

Market Research & Data Analysis: Advanced proficiency in interpreting data to make strategic, audience-informed decisions.


Compensation 

Our compensation ranges are determined based on role, level, and location. We provide performance-based compensation. The range displayed on each job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires in that position. Individual compensation is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
