Role Description 

The curriculum developer is designated professional to prepare and provide our learning community with quality instructional materials. The responsibilities are not limited to teaching methodologies and efficient practices; but engaging and content creation that are sustainable for meeting academic standards. Ideally the qualified candidate will join a vibrant team. 


What We’re Looking for:


Educational Leadership & Collaboration-


Ability  to manage complex tasks across multiple projects and stakeholders timely.


Partner with families and school communities to engage in curriculum and standard performance practices.


Collaborate with colleagues and learners to initiate mandates.


Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship-building.


Track learning outcomes and refine curricula to ensure diversity and inclusiveness.


Demonstrate strong understanding of pedagogy and educational content strategy.


Lead the innovative management pedagogic consulting services.


Develop structured curriculum for k-12 learners, workshops, AI courses, video content and webinars.


Ensure all instructional curriculum is current with required standards, engaging, accessible and offer equitable opportunity for diverse learners.


Learning Management & Educational Infrastructure- 


Select, implement and manage LMS for the school community.


Design and oversee digital Learning modules in alignment with live instruction. 


Establish systems for ongoing digital content updates and learning management systems.


Preferred Qualifications:


Master's Degree in business administration or education.


Familiarity K-12 education, education policy, higher education, and public funding structures.
